Adding Utility charge to a folio

Click on the customer’s folio and click on the light bulb as shown below.

Enter “Reading” of the meter.

Double check the dates.

The price will populate on its own.

Click on “Save Charge”.

You can collect the payment here if you like or Cancel to collect later.
