How to set an out of Office Department Closed Message for inbound cases
Step 1 - click Automation tab
Step 2 - click Workflows.
Step 3 - Search for "CS - Support - Juneteenth OOO" and open it
Step 4 - In the top right corner publish the workflow
Make Sure the last person in the office turns this on once the office is closed and make sure the first person to return the office has this turned off. This can be done by creating a teams meeting or task reminder in hubspot
