Pre-authorized Payments/Damage Deposits
Go to Find and enter last name and Search
Double click on the line below.
Click on this Icon below.
As you can see below, this is for Preauthorize payments, to hold this deposit from customer.
Enter the amount.
Once you have taken this Preauthorize amount, click on the Icon below.
Once you see this screen, double click on this line highlighted below.
As you can see below, customer’s preauthorize amount is in.
You can void or post from here as well.
At the end of the customer’s visit and you want to post this payment.
Click on the Wallet
Enter you ID
Put your cursor on Payment amount and press Enter
Go to the “Preauthorized” Tab
You can “Authorize” the payment from here.
