Printer Issues
Go to Control Panel
Check the printer they have and Close the window
Go to “Setup” – “Workstations”
If you see “Mobile” with a Gear In it, the customer is in the wrong mode. They should never be in “Mobile”
Double click the line that has a Gear in front of it.
Ask the customer if they are using the same printer for Receipts and Reports.
Choose your printer appropriately, as highlighted below.
Now you would need to test your printer setup.
Click on “Test”, as highlighted below to test bother printers.
Click “Save”
